- 54% of millennials expect to be able to afford a home one day. A significant change from previous generations.
- 65% also said that if they bought a house, they feared not having enough money for retirement.
- 42% are putting their savings on hold to pay down/off their mortgage.
- 38% of millennial homeowners believe that they paid too much for their home and fear it wont be worth the same value when they retire.
